Pricing

The following prices are expressed in US Dollars.

The CERTS System sells for: $3,200.00

The license agreement allows unlimited concurrent users.

Maintenance Fees:
    - Phone support at $30.00 per one-half hour.
    - Update costs will vary base on complexity of update.

The first years Maintenance Fees are included in the purchase price.

The CERTS Scanner Module sells for: $1,400.00

The Scanner Software also requires a quality OCR capable scanner with automatic document handler. Something like the HP 8200 series.
You will also need Omni Page 15 (or higher) OCR software.
Omni Page sells for around $170.00 (you do not need the Professional version).

Your IT Webmaster will need to install this package for your. They must know where your database resides.

In most cases if you determine that the software will not meet your needs within 60 days of purchase,
we will refund your full purchase price. We do ask that you return the install disk and users guide
along with a letter stating why the software did not meet your needs, and specifically stating that all copies
have been removed and erased.
