With C.E.R.T.S.

The Certificate Evaluation and Renewal Tracking System is a robust software package designed by Risk Managers and implemented by Springwater Software. Basically, C.E.R.T.S. is organized by Suppliers (Contractors, Vendors, Tenants, etc.) who have one or more Contracts and each Contract can have one or more Certificates.

To make C.E.R.T.S. compatible with the real world, Microsoft products were used to develop the package. With MS Access as a front-end, the C.E.R.T.S. System works with either an Access Database or an MS SQL Database. Because it is a database, it provides powerful features that help reduce your work load while providing the assurance that all your Suppliers/Contractors are fully covered.
